PRICES (if applicable)
This website might contain price information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge not exceeding 1 night's accommodation will be charged. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all bookings exceeding 3 rooms, any cancellation within 72 hours will incur 1 night's accommodation for each room booked. A minimum of 2 weeks notice must be given for all conference cancellations or the conference hire fee will be charged. Cancellations due to 'Acts of God' will not be charged.
